Pricing FAQ
A project counts as active if you generate or edit a palette during the current billing month. Archived projects are excluded. Studio includes up to 10 active projects per month.
Practice includes up to 5 team members. Need more seats? Move to Bespoke. Studios with 10 or more concurrent designers typically go with Bespoke.
Exports include a PDF with a formatted palette board and line-item sourcing list, a shareable web link clients can open without logging in, and a CSV of the raw sourcing list. CSV export is available on Studio and Practice.
The 14-day trial includes the complete Studio plan. To test Practice with your team, apply through Studio Access and request a team trial.
Yes. Moving from monthly to annual billing prorates the difference and takes effect immediately. Moving from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the annual period. There are no cancellation fees.
After cancellation, your account becomes read-only at the end of the billing period. Projects remain accessible for 90 days. After that, data is deleted under the retention policy.
